Tattered?

Mr Tim's Tattered Flower die arrived ..........A heap of flowers were duly cut from an old book.......
......they then sat on the desk waiting for inspiration!

I've made a few quilts in my time and one method of stitching is what I call flags...... all the pieces are stiched without cutting the thread.........making a long string of patchwork pieces all joined together......
I thought I'd try this with the flowers............The result?..... a garland. I'd stamped the flower centre with a seal stamp from Catslife Press

So pretty!

What a fun idea! Yes, that is the easiest way to get a quilt going; looks so cool with Tim's tattered florals!
