Project Number 684!

I've had this project in my head for such a long time but have never gotten around to it but I had a crafting day with friends yesterday so had the time to put a prototype together.I think everyone knows how much I love Zetti stamps and I wanted another way to use them.... so...

I stamped this little chap... you can see how small he is ( a 'vintage' Zetti stamp) I made him bigger and made a pattern........it's now around A4 in size!

Then I cut out the bits in patterned paper....

and stitched them onto a background.... there are about six other little faces in this stamp set.

The idea is to go a step further and make it in fabric and quilt it.

This is Stunning. Very very inspiring and a fabulous creation. Love the retro papers/ fabrics you have used together. Quilted would be awesome. Really inspired me as I am working with fabrics at the moment, but in a different way. Best thing I have seen all week!
