and here's one I finished earlier. I don't wash my fabric before making up (is this wrong?) I like the way it wrinkles after making up and washing... the lived in look!
I'm not brave enough to do any fancy machine quilting, I know I'd spend more time unpicking because it wasn't as regular or as neat as I would like so I'm sticking to simple geometricstuff.
I think this pattern is Birds and Bees by Keri Beyer........not a lot of birds and no bees but I liked the colours!

It's great that the America Jane fabric is getting easier to get hold of- one of my faves!!

No idea whether it's wrong not to wash your fabric first but if you end up with a quilt like this then I'd say who cares whether it's wrong - fab stuff!
Wow looks pretty regular and neat to me! Quilting is too controlled for me, would drive me nuts trying to get it straight but I can sure appreciate the work that goes into them. I like the wrinkles too :)
