Well it sometimes feeels like there's 957 on the go!......Is there such a thing as crafting overload? I think I need a change, spring is comming so there will be gardening to do.She's finished, though not quite what I had in mind, she's a little too neat and tidy... I wonder what that says about me?
The dress is made from scraps of patchwork fabric, a small print works best. The lace is from
The Ribbon Girl, I threaded it with
seam binding in Oloroso ( Is that a sherry?)
And gathered some to add a frill.
I think I'll do another but try for the shabby grungy look....project 958!

Maybe she's 'prim' in more ways than one?

She certainly has that primitive feel about her......love it! Would like to see the grungier version when you get chance :)

I think she turned out beautifully, love the detail on the outfit and the 'prim' proportions work really well - great job!

I love the way she's turned out.makes me think of Jane Eyre!
