Finished!

Remember this...... well its done. The piecing was easy peasy and ideal for a jelly roll. The pattern is called Funky Windows, I decided to make the centres plain white to show off the multi coloured fabrics. The free machining was another thing entirely!... after trying several combinations and patterns ( which were harder to unpick than stitch) I chickened out and went for random stippiling...... harder to see the mistakes on this pattern! It does get easier with practice but getting even length stitches was a bit of an issue.... and remembering to breath!

The backing is a flannelette sheet... nice and cosy.
