Crafting In The Country...

It's been a difficult few days  so I thought I'd post something cheerful...Twice a year I head off into the Yorkshire Dales with seven other friends for a weekend of creativity...there's always a debate as to how many times we've been away, what projects we've made and other forgotten facts... So one of the projects this time was a Smash/photo journal type book to record all our doings...

Easier said than done....making the book was easy, remembering days and dates was and still is confusing to say the least. Everyone remembers things differently... me, I have the memory of a goldfish!

Collating photos from seven other people is even worse (especially as I refuse to join FB)

It is a work in progress but
the whole thing makes my head hurt!

You're one step ahead of me I can't find the bits to make the book! They're in a bag in the the craft room somewhere. This will be interesting next time we meet up to see what we each remember.

keeping a journal is a good idea as long as you can do it almost daily otherwise as you have found it is hard to remember what you did when:) Facebook....you should join, it's fun as long as you treat it as such:)

Looks a great journal. I am sure once you get going it will start to flow - so very envious of your weekend crafting

I'm with you on holding out against a Facebook account! The journal looks great and of course your memory is the right one (as is everybody else's where they're concerned!).
